Easy Tuna patties

Introduction

Tuna patties Tuna patties
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 oz can of water packed tuna
    1 egg
    0.5 cup of cracker crumbs
    chopped onion
    salt & pepper to taste.

Directions

Mix ingred., form pattie, spray non stick pan with olive oil, fry to golden brown.

Makes 2-3 patties per 6 oz can of tuna.

Serve with Lemon,
