Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Beef, top sirloin, 3 oz
    Beef stock, home-prepared, 3 cup
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium
    *Creamed Corn, 1 cup (
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    *Del Monte Cut Green Beans, 1 cup
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia)
    Canned Tomatoes, 3 cup
    Lentils, .25 cup
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)

Directions

Cook beef, onions and carrots til done. Add in all the other items, put in a crock pot and let cook.
