Ingredients

    Fried Fish, 2 fillet
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup frozen
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped fresh
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 3 oz 2%

Directions

Before eating i drink 2 cups of water
The vegetables are chopped
and the beans are boiled
The fish is fried from the freezer 3min on each side
And all is arranged on the plate with greek yoghurt with garlic salt and pepper
