Cheryl's Low Fat Salmon Patties

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 (14.75) Canned Pink Salmon
    1/4 c Chopped Onion
    1/4 c Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 c Egg Substitute
    1 Slice 12 Grain Bread (or any whole grain bread)
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, Spray skillet with cooking spray, cook onion and green pepper until tender, put bread in food processor to make bread crumbs, take bone and skin out of salmon, and all ingredients together and form into patties, put in sprayed pan and put patties in pan and spray the top of patties, put in oven to bake.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
Makes 6 patties
