Introduction

I grew up eating this soup and believe me, it is super comforting on a cold autumn or winter day. What I love best about it is I can put it in the slow cooker in the morning and not have to think about it for the rest of the day! Ingredients

    1.5 to 2 lbs stew meat (chuck) cut into bite sized pieces
    1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
    1 can (15 oz) lima beans
    1 can (15 oz) diced, crushed, or whole tomatoes
    2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    1 rib celery, sliced
    1 can's worth (15 oz) water
    salt & pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into a slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cook on low setting for 8 - 9 hours.
