Ingredients

    1# Ground beef, lean
    1 c chopped onion
    2 c chopped carrots
    3 c chopped potato, with skin
    1 can (14.5 oz) no salt added beef broth
    2 c water
    1 can 15 oz no salt added green peas
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash original
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp rosemary

Directions

Brown beef in soup pot. Add onions after chopping. Add beef broth. Dice and add carrots and potatoes. Add water. Add spices. Cook until carrots and potatoes are tender. Add peas and heat through.
