Pumpkin Pie Smoothie With 6 Probiotics

Introduction

Stoneyfield Farm brand yogurt has 6 active probiotics as compared to 3 in most other brands. You can add other pumpkin pie spices, like nutmeg, cloves, etc. A can of pumpkin is 2 cups. Slice into 4 sections, wedge each slice into 6 pieces, and freeze on a cooky sheet. When frozen, transfer to freezer bags to have ready for smoothies. Ingredients

    1 cup Silk Light Soymilk
    1/2 cup Stoneyfield Farm plain low-fat yogurt
    1 cup frozen chunks canned pumpkin
    3 packets Splenda

Directions

Have the pumpkin frozen ahead of time. Put all ingredints in Smoothie Maker and process. Makes 1 large serving for a 209 calorie lunch or share with someone for a 100 calorie snack.
