Beef and onion stew (simple)

Ingredients

    16 oz sirloin ,cut into cubes
    1 large vidalia onion sliced
    4 garlic cloves grushed
    2 large carrots sliced
    1 cup strained tomato or chopped tomato.
    1 cup chicken broth (or beef)
    1 cup water as needed
    2 leaves basil ,chopped
    parsley chopped,no stems
    1 Tbsp tarragon
    2 Tsp (hot )hungarian paprika powder
    1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

serves 5
heat olive oil in large pan and saute' onions and garlic
add the meat to braise.
Add all other ingredienses and cook until done apx. 1hour.
Add more water as needed add salt and pepper if you like.
