Ingredients

    Fried Fish, 1.5 fillet
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    *Bean sprouts, 1.5 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Take 1 fillets of fish from the freezer
warm a pan with a little oil
Boil 1 dl of water in a pot
Put the fish on the pan
And open a can with bean sprouts
Take 1 cup of peas from the freezer and cup of beans from the freezer
put them in the boiling water
Fri the fish 3 min on each side
Now the meal is finished.
I served it with garlic salt
