3 lb peeled cubed sweet potatoes
3 tbl Butter
2 Tbls Molasses
1 cup 1% Milk
1 !tsp cinnimin
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Brown Sugar to Top It
Add milk and beaten eggs , and mix with Cinnimin.and splenda. Pour out into baking dish and top with Brown Sugar.
Use a 6X9 or 8X8 Dish with high sides.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serving is 1/9 of baked product.
