Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Carrots, Grated
    1 Cup Celery, Diced
    3/4 Cup Sweet Yellow Corn, Frozen Kernels
    2/3 Cup Peas, Frozen
    1 each Red Bell Pepper (Medium), Diced
    1 each Yellow Bell Pepper (Large), Diced
    1/3 Cup Craisins
    3/4 Cup Snap Peas, Diced
    1/2 Cup Edamame
    1/2 Cup Green Onion
    10 ea Cherry Tomato

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add favorite dressing and enjoy.
