Mild Chili

Introduction

Very mild chili, made with black beans, pinto beans and chicken Very mild chili, made with black beans, pinto beans and chicken
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups dry pinto beans
    1 can of black beans
    12 ounces of chicken breast meat , no skin
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 tbsp of chili powder
    1tbsp of garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

I used dry pinto beans, so I soaked them overnight, and then boiled them for 1 hr, then placed them in a crock pot. I then added 1 can of black beans, added leftover chicken breast meat I had baked before. Then I added 1 large can of tomato sauce and the spices and let it cook on low all day. I got 10- 1 cup servings
