Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground venison
1 cup chopped mushrooms
4 T worcestershire sause
3 cups water
1 cup morrisons country gravy mix or 3 packets white gravy mix other brand
1 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
Brown the venison in a non stick pan and add the mushrooms and worcestershire cook till softened. Add 2 cups of water simmer. Mix gravy mix with one cup of water in a small bowl then add to the meat mixture cook till thick. add 1 cup fat free sour cream remove from heat and stir. serve over you favorite rice
