    1 can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits)
    5 large eggs
    10 tablespoons Old El Paso Thick 'n Chunky salsa, divided
    10 tablespoons light sour cream, divided
    10 tablespoons shredded mild Cheddar cheese, divided
    5 tablespoons bacon bits or diced ham, divided

    Additional Old El Paso Thick 'n Chunky salsa, if desired
    Additional Sour cream, if desired


Pre-heat oven to 350F. Spray five (6-oz) custard cups or five (8-oz) ramekins with Non-Stick Cooking Spray.
Flatten each biscuit into 6-inch rounds. Arrange each round inside of each cup. Press dough lightly on bottoms and sides of cup. Set aside.
Spoon 1-tablespoon of the salsa into center of each cup; top each with 1-tablespoon sour cream and then 1-tablespoon of the cheese. Break an egg into each cup. Top each egg with an additional 1-tablespoon of salsa, then sour cream and then cheese. Sprinkle 1-tablespoon of the diced ham on top of each filled biscuit.
Arrange the custard cups or ramekins on large cookie sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. If desired, garnish with additional salsa and sour cream.
