Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 ts. salt
1 cup bran flakes
1 tbls sugar or honey
1 large egg
2 tbls oil
1/3 cup skim milk
3 medium bananas
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. In blender combine other ingredients. Blend until banana is pureed. Pour into dry ingredients, and stir only until combined. Fill greased muffin tins abt 2/3 full. Makes 12 large, or 24 mini muffins. Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes.
