This is a lovely creamy smooth baked egg custard, made with Soya milk suitable for dairy free &low carb.I couldn't taste it was made with soy milk.
I imagine you can use any unsweetened soy milk.
Makes 2 portions you can double or triple the recipe it keeps for a couple of days in the fridge

Ingredients

put all ingredients (except nutmeg)in a bowl mix very well.
pour into either 2 separate ramiken dishes or a larger one, I used a metal cake tin, sprinkle nutmeg to taste.
Set in a pan containing ½ to 1 inch of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
Remove and cool
