Introduction

Uses both Aunt Jemima Original and Whole Wheat Blend pancake mixes Uses both Aunt Jemima Original and Whole Wheat Blend pancake mixes
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Aunt Jemima Original Pancake Mix
    1/2 cup Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Blend Pancake Mix
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    3/4 cup milk 1%
    1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
    1 large egg

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Combine and blend dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well.

Preheat griddle or skillet to 380 degrees. Pour mix onto griddle until 4 inches accross. When top is full of holes and looks dry, flip pancakes.
When steam arises, pancakes are done.

Makes 12 4-inch pancakes, 3 pancakes per serving.
