This recipe is also delicious with honey instead of brown sugar. You can cover and refrigerate this dip for up to 5 days. We chose banana slices as dippers, but you can use your imagination.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/3 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
    2 Tbls. reduced-fat peanut butter
    2 tsp. packed dark brown sugar
    2 med. bananas, sliced

Directions


1. Using a fork or whisk, stir the yogurt, peanut butter, and brown sugar together in a small bowl until completely blended.

2. Serve with banana slices and wooden toothpicks, if desired


Makes 4 servings...1/2 banana plus 2 Tablespoons dip
