Introduction

I wanted to enjoy a typical lasagna without the noodles, so this is what I came up with. It's incredibly easy! I used all organic ingredients with this recipe. I wanted to enjoy a typical lasagna without the noodles, so this is what I came up with. It's incredibly easy! I used all organic ingredients with this recipe.

Ingredients

    1 Can of Diced Tomatoes with Herbs
    1 Can of No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
    1 Can of Tomato Paste
    1 Pound of Ground Beef
    4 oz of Mozzarella
    1 Cup of Shredded Parmesan
    1 Container of Cottage Cheese

Directions

1. Start browning beef.
2. As beef is cooking, put remaining ingredients in a pot and begin cooking.
3. Once beef is done, add to mixture.
4. Mix in beef, and you're ready to eat!
