Cauliflower soup

Ingredients

    2 c stock
    1 head cauliflowr
    1 T butter
    3/4 c low fat cheese
    1 stalk celery
    1 sm onion
    8-10 baby carrots

Directions

Cook all together except cheese. When soft puree with immersion blender. Stir in cheese.
