1/2 Cup Special K
2 Tbsp toasted coconut
3 Tbsp wheat germ
2 Tbsp ground flax
4 Cups oats - quick cooking, not instant
2/3 Cup brown sugar
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Cup margarine
1 Tsp vanilla extract
Add vanilla to margarine and pour over oat mixture
Stir until oats are completely coated.
Press firmly into 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Let stand 3 minutes, cut into squares and let cool in pan.
