6 potatoes cut and boiled with skin on
1 c reduced fat mayo
3 hard boiled eggs
2 TBSP dill pickle relish
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 TBSP mustard
onion if desired
Boil potatoes with skin on. Let cool. Dice hard boiled eggs, Add mustard, mayo, dill relish, vinegar to potatoes. Mix well. Let sit in refridgerator for 2 hours.
