Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen blackberries (any frozen berry will work)
    1 cup fresh spinach leaves
    3 Tbsp heavy cream
    1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Add all ingredient to blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
