Introduction

Options are really limitless...you could add peanut butter (preferably "natural"), ground flaxseed...use your imagination!
This makes a ton! No worries keep it in the freezer and grab as you need.

This makes a ton! No worries keep it in the freezer and grab as you need.

Number of Servings: 80

Ingredients

    1/2c molasses
    1/2c Splenda (or brown sugar if Splenda isn't your thing)
    1/2c Smart Balance oil
    1.5c fruit preserves
    1/2c water
    2TBS cinnamon
    8c Old-fashioned oatmeal
    2c Fiber One cereal
    1c sunflower seeds
    1c coarsely chopped almonds
    1c golden raisins

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients. In another large bowl the rest ingredients. Combine dry with other ingredients and mix well.
Spread on baking sheet (or large roaster pan) and bake at 250 degrees for 75 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely before storing in an air-tight container.
It is meant to be a loose granola.
