Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomato (could be more)
Garlic, 9 cloves (I love garlic)
Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
Chick Peas, 2 cup
White Wine, 4 fl oz
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
Olive Oil, .5 TSP

Chop vegetables(Can substitue canned or frozen. I used fresh)
Put the olive oil in the fry pan Brown the chicen breasts.(Make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly) (I cut the breasts in half to ease cooking and prepare for serving)
Remove breasts set aside. In the remaining oil add the garlic, onions and mushrooms. Cook until tender. Add the green beans and tomatoes. Cook till beans begin to be tender.
Put the chicken back in the pan and add the chick peas. Add the wine and simmer to let the taste absorb into the food.
Makes six servings
