Introduction

Basic recipe- Add other toppings (not included in stats) like turkey pepperoni or bacon bits, baby corn, mushrooms. Packs in lots of veggies, while satisfying your taste for a thin crust pizza. Ingredients

    Flatout Flatbread Light Original, 1 flatbread
    Broccoli, fresh, 1/4 cup chopped
    Cauliflower, raw, 1/4 cup chopped
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup chopped
    Fat Free Pizza Sauce, 3 T.
    Mozerrella Cheese-Part Skim 1/3 cup, shredded
    Fat Free Mozerrella, 1/2 cup, shredded or
    Fat Free Monterey Jack

Directions

This works best on a pizza stone & oven preheated to 500 degrees.
Spread sauce on flatbread; add cheeses and toppings. Place directly on pizza stone for 7 minutes.
1 flatbread pizza/ 1 serving
