Ingredients

    - 1 (8-ounce) package fat free/low cal cream cheese, softened
    - 1/2 cup light butter spread (smart balance)
    - 1/2 cup Sugar Alternative (Truvia, Splenda)
    - 1/4 tablespoon molasses
    - 1/4 tsp corn starch
    - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    - 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
    - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extra
    - 1 cup cool whip Free
    - 1/2 cup hershey's special dark chocolate chips
    - 1/2 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
    - Chocolate and honey flavored graham crackers and fruit

Directions

TO PREPARE:
Blend 1/4 cup sugar alternative with corn starch until a fine powder. Set to side. Use in place of Confectioner's Sugar
Mix 1/4 cup sugar alternative with molasses until even . Set to side. Use in place of brown sugar.
Use oven's broiler to toast Almonds. Turning every 2 minutes until brown on all sides. Chop in food processor. Set aside.
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the confectioners' sugar, cocoa, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Add the cool whip and chocolate morsels. Stir to combine well. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Form the mixture into a ball, then roll it in almonds. Arrange the cheese ball on a serving platter and serve with graham crackers and fruit.
