Introduction

you can add vegetables if you want but my husband does not like them, I serve this dish on mashed potatoes you can add vegetables if you want but my husband does not like them, I serve this dish on mashed potatoes
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil, chopped onion, 16 oz of beef fat cut off, 1-5.5 can of tomato paste & water

Directions

saute onions in olive oil, add beef and water simmer until cooked, add tomato paste and spices simmer for a minimum of 3 hours. Serve on mashed potaoes. Add any veggie on the side.
