Cranberries and Pumpkin muffins

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1.5 cups spelt flour
    1 cup pastry flour
    4 scopes of whey
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    2 teaspoons ground ginger
    1 1/4 cups almond milk
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup greek yogurt nonfat
    2 TBS earth butter
    1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
    1 cup pumpkin canned
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    2 TBS flax seed meal
    1 cup splenda

Directions

1. mix all dry together
2. mix all wet together ( including butter melted)
3. mix them together
cook at 375 for 20 25 minutes
