Slow Cooker Basic Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

    6 carrots, chopped
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 onions, sliced
    1 can tomato paste
    4 cups (no) chicken broth
    1 can diced tomatoes
    4 cups water
    1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp dried thyme

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, and set on low. Cook at least 6 hours, or until ready to eat.
Makes 6 hearty servings.
