Bob's Red Mill Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Whole Grain Mix is very versatile!. Here I substitute applesauce for the two Tablespoons of oil, and add some spices to make a delcious fluffy waffle. Ingredients

    1 cup Bob's Red Mill Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Whole Grain Mix
    1 T each cinnamon, ginger
    1/4 t nutmeg
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    2 eggs

Directions

Heat waffle iron, and spray with cooking spray. Mix dry ingrediants and wet ingrediants separately. Combine. Bake on waffle iron according to manufacturers instructions.
