Crockpot Barbecue Chicken

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb of chicken (my package contained 3 breasts)
    1 cup of barbecue sauce (I used Montgomery Inn because in Cincinnati it's the ONLY barbecue sauce)
    3/4 cup of chicken broth
    1/2 large onion sliced

Directions

Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Slice onions to your desired thickness and put on top on the chicken. Mix barbecue sauce and chicken broth together and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3. You can shred or not shred the chicken.
