Swiss Chicken

Introduction

Very good. I like it the best with the white wine. Very good. I like it the best with the white wine.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (16 oz)
    2 slices 2 % White American or Swiss Singles cheese
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% ff cream of chicken soup
    1/4 cup chicken broth/stock (or white wine)
    1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
    1 tbsp butter, melted

Directions

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 139 inch baking dish. Top each chicken with 1/2 slice of cheese. Combine soup and chicken broth/stock and stir until well mixed and spoon soup mixture evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 325 for one hour.
