Slow Cooker Pork Loin

Ingredients

1 - 1.5 pound pork loin roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp whole caraway seeds
1 cup water
Directions
Place roast in crock pot. Mix all other ingredients together and pour on top. Add carrots and potatoes if desired (calculate nutrients separately). Cook on high for 4 hours. Makes 4 servings.
