Ingredients

    8 oz (250g) Philadelphia cream cheese, light
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1 pkg Strawberry Gelatin (4 serving size)
    2 cup strawberry - fresh, halved
    4 Tbsp Margarine, Becel 64% less
    1 1/2 cup Graham Cracker - crushed
    1 Cup whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like cool-whip)
    3/4 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

Prepare Graham Cracker pie shell - mix graham cracker crumbs with margarine and press in pie plate.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping; spread onto graham cracker crust

Stir dry gelatine with 3/4 cup boiling water at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until ice melted. Let stand 5 minutes or until the consistency of unbeaten egg white.

Arrange strawberry halves over cream cheese base. cover with gelatine.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 8 servings.
