Ingredients

    1.5 lbs pork tenderloin or boneless pork chops
    4 apples, cored and sliced
    3 T brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Makes 6 servings.

Wash and trim fat from pork. Add to crock pot. Add apples on top of pork. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and salt together and sprinkle over apples.
