    9-oz box of Barilla Lasagna Noodles
    13 oz Butterball 97/3 ground turkey, raw
    1 onion, caramelized with 1 tsp olive oil
    1 egg + 1 egg white
    15 oz part-skim ricotta
    8 oz part-skim mozzarella, shredded
    1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 large can Red Pack tomato sauce
    2 T Italian seasoning
    3 cloves garlic, minced


Caramelize onions over medium low heat in 1 tsp olive oil.

Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a sauce pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

Brown turkey meat and drain.

Combine egg, egg white, and ricotta cheese and mix well.

Follow directions on Barilla box for no-boil lasagna.
