place quick grits, powder milk and molly mcbutter in snack size zip-lock bag or microwave-safe bowl with lid and pack it.
add water and microwave to serve

Ingredients

    3 tbsp quick grits
    3/4 cup water
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp molly mcbutter
    1 tbsp non-fat powder milk

    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 tbsp shredded 2% cheese

    2 slices turkey bacon

    2 slices 35 cal bread

    2 tsp apricot preserves

Directions

mix grits with powder milk in microwave safe bowl
add molly mcbutter and (salt) optional and water
stir, and cook on high for 3 minutes (microwaves differ)
remove from microwave carefully (hot)
stir, check for correct consistency, add more water if necessary
add cheese to egg substitute and scramble in pan with non-stick spray (salt & pepper to taste)
place turkey bacon on microwave safe plate, cover with paper towel, cook 2 - 3 minutes (til your crisp preference)
toast bread, spread 1 tsp on each slice of toast
