Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Pasta, cooked, 8 oz
    1.25 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese,
    1.5 cup Cauliflower, cooked, roughly chopped
    .25 cup milk
    .5 Yogurt, plain
    1.5 tsp mustard
    1 tbs Olive Oil,
    .5 Onion, minced
    4 ounces Turkey breast meat, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook the pasta, drain, set aside. In the same saucepan, heat the olive oil and saute the onions until golden. Combine pasta yogurt, cheese, milk, mustard, onions, cooked cauliflower, and chopped turkey breast. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 min.
