Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Introduction

This is a great way to enjoy holiday dessert without all the calories and carbs. This is a great way to enjoy holiday dessert without all the calories and carbs.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 C Splenda
    2 C Canned Pumpkin (not Pumpkin pie filling)
    3/4 C FF Evaporated Milk
    1 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 t Ground Cinnamon
    1/2 C Nuts such as pecans, almonds or walnuts optional (not included in the nutritional content)

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased 9-in pie plate. Place pie plate in a 15-in x 10-in x 1-in baking pan; add 1/2 in of hot water to pan. Bake 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or untill a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
