Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 Large cans of chicken
    3 stalks of celery
    2 T of onion
    1 package of pillsbury small biscuits
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of cream of chicken soup
    1 can filled with water

Directions

Open cans of chicken and add the celery and 1 T of the onion and mix well. Take the biscuits and flatten them and cup them to make a pouch and insert the chicken mix into the dumpling. Fold one side to make it a pouch and stuff more of the chicken into the biscuits then fold and seal be pinching it. Take the soups and water put into a pot and warm to a mild boil then decrease to a simmer. Place biscuits into the mix and cook until the biscuits are not soft anymore about 20 minutes. Flipping them after about 7 minutes to cook the other side seems to help the cooking process.
