Introduction

Heat pumpkin seeds in a skillet with the olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Stir constantly. Remove from heat when seeds brown and start to pop. Let cool.

Combine cooled pumpkin seeds and all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir together. Serve!

    * Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, .5 cup, halves and whole (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.5 cup (remove)
