Ingredients

    1 large can chunk chicken drained
    1 box whole wheat rotini
    1 bag of stir fry veggies
    3 tbs balsamic vinegrette
    2 tbs bragg amino

Directions

Cook rotini for 10 minutes. Add chunk chicken. Toss with amino and vinegrette. Steam veggies and add to pasta. Toss. Eat with a nice crusty bread.
