Chuck Roast (crockpot)

Introduction

An easy meal to throw together. I like to cook potatoes and carrots seperately, then add them at the end (not included in this info). You can add them to the crockpot instead, but you will have to watch and make sure there is enough liquid to keep the veggies tender. An easy meal to throw together. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 chuck roast (2 lbs)
    1 envelope onion soup mix (beefy onion in this case)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup.

Directions

Put roast in crockpot. Top with onion soup and cream of mushroom soup. Add about 1/4 cup water. Cover and set crockpot to preferred setting. Low should take about 8 hours and high about 4.
Great served with boiled carrots and potatoes.
Makes 8 servings.
