Curried Chicken Lunch

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 10oz can 98% fat free chicken breast
    2.5 Tbsp Kraft Mayo w/Olive Oil (or other reduced-fat mayonnaise)
    2 Tbsp raisins
    1 small celery stalk, diced
    10 raw almonds, diced
    1 tsp curry powder

Directions

Drain chicken. Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. Serve in whole wheat pita or whole wheat tortilla, or as a sandwich. (Calories listed are for meat mixture only.)
