Ingredients

.5 cup milk
.5 cup water
1 Tbsp butter
2 Cups flour
1 pac. Dry yeast
1Tbsp sugar
1.5 tsp salt
1/3 cup grated parmezan
1 Tb sp sundried tomato (chopped)
1 egg
1Tbsp parsley (chopped)
.5 tsp caraway seed
.25 tsp tarragon
Directions
makes 10 -12 slices
In a saucepan boil milk, water ,and butter Cool to 110 degrees.
Mix 1 cup flour with yeast,sugar and salt in large bowl.Add warm liquid and beat for 2 min.Mix in the cheese,egg , herbs and tomato beat 2 more min.Stir in remainder of flour
you should have a stiff batter.let rest in warm place for 1 hour,until doubled in size. Spoon into ceramic bread baker..
Place breadbaker in cold oven and bake for 45 min. at 375 degrees until golden.
