Introduction

this is a dish I learnt from my co worker. Its healthy but has a nice tangy taste and can be eaten as a snack or goes with vegetables and rice. this is a dish I learnt from my co worker. Its healthy but has a nice tangy taste and can be eaten as a snack or goes with vegetables and rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Paprika, 1 tbsp
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (optional)
    * Rice flour, white, .25 cup

Directions

Cut the chicken into strips. Marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, salt, paprika, olive oil for an hour at least.

Then lightly dredge them in the rice flour and maybe sprinkle some water if too dry.
then steam in a rice cooker till done.
