Cheesy Beans & Burgers

    23 oz raw lean ground beef
    1/4 c French fried onions
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 T onion powder
    1 T garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup
    1 can Rotel diced Mexican tomatoes, do not drain
    1 can Bush's reduced sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 c fat-free reduced sodium chicken stock
    To taste: cumin powder, oregano, chili powder, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne


Preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with foil and place a metal cooling rack on the pan. Spray with Pam.

Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, fried onions, 1 T garlic and onion powders, and black pepper. Shape into 6 4-ounce burger patties. Place on rack and bake for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer while the burgers cook.

Ladle beans over each burger before serving.
