Marilee's Parmesan Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 48 oz (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 5 tsp
    Kraft Parmesan Cheese 5 tbsp
    *Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    *Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt, 1 tsp
    *Crushed Red Pepper, 1 tsp
    * black pepper
    Pam cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Split Chicken Breasts in to halves and trim fat

Season w/ salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper

Spread Dijon Mustard over the breasts, then sprinkle the Parmesan Cheese and rub all over breasts

spray large cooking pan w/ pam

place chicken in pan, place pan in oven.

Bake for 30 mins, uncovered
