Ingredients

    16 oz very lean ground beef
    1/2 c chopped yellow onion
    taco seasoning
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes w/ green chiles
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 c water
    1 c frozed corn
    4 oz can diced green chiles
    1/2 c garbanzo beans smashed
    garlic

Directions

brown beef and onions, drain and add spices, cook 1 min, tomato sauce and cook 1 min, add diced toatoes, black beans and water, simmer for 10 min, add corn, green chiles, and mashed garbanzo beans, simmer 5 min.
